Customer accounts, order confirmations, order status, tracking, cancellations and refunds are handled by Shopify. ScentCorps never stores your payment details on this website.
Order confirmation
Shopify emails an order confirmation immediately after checkout, including an order status link you can revisit at any time.
Tracking
Shipment notifications and tracking are sent by Shopify once an order is fulfilled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued through Shopify to the original payment method, subject to the approved refund policy.
Accounts and orders are only available once preorders open. No orders are being accepted at this time.
